ATTENDEE LISTS. Attendee lists from the Event are distributed only to exhibiting companies, other official partners, and attendees. Please note that Exhibitor and no other individual or organization are authorized to market or to sell attendee lists of NCS. Such lists shall only be used for mailings of promotional material relating to Exhibitor’s booth at the Event and shall not be reproduced, transferred, or used in any other manner. In using such lists for mailings, Exhibitor must ensure compliance with all country, state and local laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Exhibitor shall indemnify, hold NCS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors harmless from the performance or breach of this provision by Exhibitor, its employees, agents, or contractors. The terms of this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Contract.

ATTENDEE LISTS. ALM reserves the right to limit access to lists of attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and any other list or information gathered by ALM or its contractors. Should any such list be provided by ALM, it is subject to additional terms and conditions and shall be limited to a one-time use only. Any use of email lists must be facilitated through a third party bonded mail house. Client agrees that it shall not make the list available to any third party and shall not use any list in a manner or for a purpose which, in ALM’s sole discretion, competes with any business of ALM or its affiliates or impacts ALM’s ability to realize revenue in connection with any future events.

Please note that no individual or organization is authorized to market or to sell DIA attendee lists. DIA shall maintain an authorized vendor list on its website. If you are contacted by company claiming to sell the DIA attendee list, please inform Show Management at XXX@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
ATTENDEE LISTS. ZD Events own all right, title, and interest in and to the Attendee Lists, subject to the provisions of this Section 3(b), but shall provide Novell a license to use such Attendee Lists as provided in Sections 9(b) and 13(h). Neither party will have a duty to account to the other party with respect to any revenues or other benefits arising from the use of the Attendee Lists.

ATTENDEE LISTS. The Attendee Lists from January 1, 2018 through the date hereof, delivered at the Closing, are true, correct and complete in all material respects. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.11(b), no Person has obtained any information contained on any Attendee List as a result, in whole or in part, of any action or failure to take action by Seller or any of its Affiliates to protect the confidentiality thereof. Neither Seller nor any of its Affiliates has directly or indirectly disclosed, rented or otherwise granted any right to any third party to use the Attendee Lists.

Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.

  • Employee Lists The Controller shall also provide with each payment a list of employees paying membership fees and a list of employees paying service fees. All such lists shall contain the employee's name, employee number, classification, department number and amount deducted.

  • White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to Gateway subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate agreement with BellSouth’s agent.
