Limited Data definition

Limited Data means Data limited to the following fields of information: Prescriber name and Prescriber address to which the Material or Legended Drug sample was sent or to be sent. Limited Data shall also include Association Data, provided Licensee has an appropriate license with respect to such Data and further provided the use of such Association Data and if applicable, the disclosure of such Association Data, is permitted under the terms of such license.
Limited Data means confidential data without any of the direct personal identifiers listed in Section 164.514(e) of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations. This term includes standardized limited datasets.
Limited Data means the Primary Data excluding any Sensitive or Personally Identifiable Information (“SPII”) as identified by the Provider or Cornell. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: a. Names b. Postal address information, other than town or city, State c. Telephone numbers d. Fax numbers e. Electronic mail addresses f. Examples of Limited Data in a sentence

  • When the HIPAA Privacy Rule requires application of the Minimum Necessary Rule, Business Associate agrees to use, disclose, or request only the Limited Data Set, or if that is inadequate, the minimum PHI necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of that use, Disclosure, or request.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require Data User to use or disclose the Limited Data Set without a written authorization from an individual who is a subject of the PHI from which the Limited Data Set was created, or written authorization from any other person, where such authorization would be required under state law for such use or disclosure.

  • Business Associate’s use, disclosure or request of Protected Health Information shall utilize a Limited Data Set if practicable.

  • Business Associate may not make such use and disclosure of the Limited Data Set after any cancellation, termination, expiration, or other conclusion of this Agreement.

  • Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.

  • Limited rights data means data, other than computer software, that embody trade secrets or are commercial or financial and confidential or privileged, to the extent that such data pertain to items, components, or processes developed at private expense, including minor modifications.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.
