Project Monitoring by the State The State may conduct on-site or off-site monitoring reviews of the Project during the term of this Grant Agreement and for up to ninety (90) days after it expires or is otherwise terminated. The Grantee shall extend its full cooperation and give full access to the Project site and to relevant documentation to the State or its authorized designees for the purpose of determining, among other things:

Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. Audit Findings Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.
Independent Audits The Department staff shall review annual independent audits for adherence to generally accepted auditing principles and to the Department’s audit instructions. Incomplete or incorrect audits may be returned to the Grantee for correction.
