Common use of AUDIT OF PAYROLL RECORDS Clause in Contracts

AUDIT OF PAYROLL RECORDS. When an employer has been found guilty of violating Articles 14, 15 or 18 of this Agreement, the LMCC may order an audit of all his/her payroll records and if violations are found the cost of the audit shall be paid by said employer.
