AUDITS OF SUBGRANTEE. A. Subject to the threshold requirements of 45 CFR 75.501 and OMB Omni-Circular, 2 CFR 200.501, SUBGRANTEE must have an entity-wide single audit. SUBGRANTEE must send one copy of every audit report to ODM, Audit Performance Section at 00 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx 00000, within two weeks of the SUBGRANTEE’s receipt of any such audit report.

AUDITS OF SUBGRANTEE. A. Subgrantee agrees to provide for timely audits as required by OMB 2 CFR 200. Subject to the threshold requirements of 45 CFR 75.501, 2 CFR 400.1, and 2 CFR 200.501, Subgrantee must ensure that the county of which they are a part has an audit with a scope as provided in 2 CFR 200.514 that covers funds received under this Subgrant Agreement. Costs of such audits are allowable as provided in 2 CFR 200.425. Subgrantee must send one (1) copy of the final audit report to the ODJFS Office of Fiscal and Monitoring Services, Audit Resolution Section, at 00 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx 00000, within two P P (2) weeks of the Subgrantee’s receipt of any such audit report.

Subject to the threshold requirements of 45 CFR 74.26 and 45 CFR 92.26, as applicable, and OMB Circular A-133, Subgrantee must ensure that it has an audit with a scope as provided in OMB Circular A-133, Subpart E, §_.500, that covers funds received under this agreement.   • RIGHTS OF SUBROGATION No Loan Guarantor will assert any right, claim or cause of action, including, without limitation, a claim of subrogation, contribution or indemnification that it has against any Obligated Party, or any collateral, until the Loan Parties and the Loan Guarantors have fully performed all their obligations to the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders.

  • Waivers of Subrogation To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor hereby waives its rights and its insurer(s)’ rights of recovery against County under all the Required Insurance for any loss arising from or relating to this Contract. The Contractor shall require its insurers to execute any waiver of subrogation endorsements which may be necessary to effect such waiver.

  • Waiver of Subrogation Rights (15) Neither the Lessor nor the Lessee shall be liable to the other for loss arising out of damage to or destruction of the Premises, or the building or improvement of which the Premises are a part or with which they are connected, or the contents of any thereof, when such loss is caused by any of the perils which are or could be included within or insured against by a standard form of fire insurance with extended coverage, including sprinkler leakage insurance, if any. All such claims for any and all loss, however caused, hereby are waived. Such absence of liability shall exist whether or not the damage or destruction is caused by the negligence of either Lessor or Lessee or by any of their respective agents, servants or employees. It is the intention and agreement of the Lessor and the Lessee that the rentals reserved by this lease have been fixed in contemplation that both parties shall fully provide their own insurance protection at their own expense, and that both parties shall look to their respective insurance carriers for reimbursement of any such loss, and further, that the insurance carriers involved shall not be entitled to subrogation under any circumstances against any party to this lease. Neither the Lessor nor the Lessee shall have any interest or claim in the other’s insurance policy or policies, or the proceeds thereof, unless specifically covered therein as a joint insured.

  • Use of sub-processors (a) The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.
