Audity Zadavatelem nebo CRO. Zadavatel nebo zástupci Zadavatele jsou oprávněni navštívit Zdravotnické zařízení, Zkoušejícího, Spoluzkoušející, členy studijního týmu a CRO nebo Zadavatelem schválené subdodavatele a prověřit a zkontrolovat prostory ve Zdravotnickém zařízení, a to na základě oznámení doručeného s přiměřeným předstihem a s rozumnou četností během běžných pracovních hodin, za účelem ověření průběhu Studie a přezkoumání a zkopírování dokumentů, záznamů, údajů, informací a materiálů týkajících se Studie. Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející pomohou in scheduling such visits and in providing adequate workspace, cooperate with the Sponsor or CRO, comply with the legitimate requirements of the visit or audit, and make appropriate Study Team Members available to explain and discuss records and documentations related to the Study. For Sponsor audit of Institution, Institution shall submit a written response to Sponsor for all nonconformances within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the audit report from Sponsor. Institution’s written response shall include the cause of each nonconformance, the underlying source of the cause, and a corrective action plan for each nonconformance. Institution will complete all corrective actions for each nonconformance within ninety (90) days after the receipt of the audit report. Zadavateli a CRO při plánování těchto návštěv a při zajišťování odpovídajícího pracovního prostoru, spolupracují se Zadavatelem nebo CRO, vyhoví legitimním požadavkům souvisejícím s návštěvou nebo kontrolou a zajistí, aby příslušní Členové studijního týmu vysvětlili a projednali záznamy a dokumenty týkající se Studie. U kontrol Zdravotnického zařízení prováděných Zadavatelem, Zdravotnické zařízení poskytne Zadavateli písemnou odpověď ohledně všech neshod do patnácti (15) dnů od obdržení zprávy o kontrole od Zadavatele. Písemná odpověď Zdravotnického zařízení zahrnuje příčinu každé neshody, důvod vzniku této příčiny a plán nápravných opatření pro každou neshodu. Zdravotnické zařízení provede veškerá nápravná opatření pro každou neshodu do devadesáti (90) dnů ode dne obdržení zprávy o provedené kontrole.
