AUTHORISED THIRD PARTIES. You may authorise a third party to act on your Account. To do so, you must first complete and sign a “Power of Attorney” form. The form is available by contacting our customer support team.

AUTHORISED THIRD PARTIES. RSG may from time to time, upon terms specified by RSG, consent to Customer’s VAN provider (or other third party) (“authorised third party”) to access and use the Proagrica Network to enable them to provide services to the Customer. Any costs associated with such use and access shall be paid by Customer upon demand from RSG.
AUTHORISED THIRD PARTIES. 4.1 Persons falling within either clause 4.2 to 4.4 inclusive shall be your Authorised Third Parties. You accept full and unconditional responsibility for the actions and omissions of your Authorised Third Parties and shall procure their compliance with this Agreement. 4.2 In the absence of express agreement to the contrary in writing, all or any of your Appointed Representatives shall be deemed to be your Authorised Third Parties.
AUTHORISED THIRD PARTIES. Where your Authorised Third Parties submit Applications to us, you accept full and unconditional responsibility for their compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

AUTHORISED THIRD PARTIES. The Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information to or receive Confidential Information through its Authorised Third Parties who need to know the Confidential Information to perform the Programme or otherwise as necessary under this Agreement, and to existing or potential acquirers or merger candidates, potential licensees or collaborators, investment bankers, existing or potential investors, venture capital firms or other financial institutions or investors for purposes of obtaining financing, provided that the Receiving Party shall procure that prior to disclosure of Confidential Information each Authorised Third Party to which Confidential Information is to be disclosed is made aware of the obligations contained in this Agreement and agrees to be subject to confidentiality obligations no less onerous than those contained in this Agreement. Any breaches of the obligations of confidentiality contained in this agreement by such Authorised Third Party shall be treated as a breach of such obligations by the Receiving Party. Any reference to a Party as the Receiving Party shall include such Authorised Third Party.

  • Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Unaffiliated Third Parties Nothing herein shall impose any duty upon the Transfer Agent in connection with or make the Transfer Agent liable for the actions or omissions to act of unaffiliated third parties such as, by way of example and not limitation, airborne services, the U.S. mails and telecommunication companies, provided, if the Transfer Agent selected such company, the Transfer Agent shall have exercised due care in selecting the same.

  • Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.

  • Affiliates and Third Parties If the Asset Representations Reviewer processes the PII of the Issuer’s Affiliates or a third party when performing a Review, and if such Affiliate or third party is identified to the Asset Representations Reviewer, such Affiliate or third party is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Section 4.10, and this Agreement is intended to benefit the Affiliate or third party. The Affiliate or third party may enforce the PII related terms of this Section 4.10 against the Asset Representations Reviewer as if each were a signatory to this Agreement.

  • Third Party Vendors Nothing herein shall impose any duty upon DST in connection with or make DST liable for the actions or omissions to act of the following types of unaffiliated third parties: (a) courier and mail services including but not limited to Airborne Services, Federal Express, UPS and the U.S. Mails, (b) telecommunications companies including but not limited to AT&T, Sprint, MCI and other delivery, telecommunications and other such companies not under the party’s reasonable control, and (c) third parties not under the party’s reasonable control or subcontract relationship providing services to the financial industry generally, such as, by way of example and not limitation, the National Securities Clearing Corporation (processing and settlement services), Fund custodian banks (custody and fund accounting services) and administrators (blue sky and Fund administration services), and national database providers such as Choice Point, Acxiom, TransUnion or Lexis/Nexis and any replacements thereof or similar entities, provided, if DST selected such company, DST shall have exercised due care in selecting the same. Such third party vendors shall not be deemed, and are not, subcontractors for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Contracting Parties The Government customer (Licensee) is the “Ordering Activity”, “defined as an entity authorized to order under GSA contracts as set forth in GSA ORDER 4800.2G ADM, as may be revised from time to time. The Licensee cannot be an individual because any implication of individual licensing triggers the requirements for legal review by Federal Employee unions. Conversely, because of competition rules, the contractor must be defined as a single entity even if the contractor is part of a corporate group. The Government cannot contract with the group, or in the alternative with a set of contracting parties.

  • Approvals of Third Parties As soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement, but in any event prior to the Closing Date, Purchaser will use its best efforts to secure all necessary approvals and consents of third parties to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • No Third Parties Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
