Authority Assistance. The Authority shall provide such assistance as the Operator may reasonably require to enable the Operator to obtain and maintain such approvals, licences and certificates as may be required in relation to the Network (including, without limitation, the Consents to Operate).

Authority Assistance. Authority shall provide financial assistance through an Anaheim’s Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Program or, alternatively, to the extent that funding exist through the Authority’s receipt of the Base Purchase Price, and to the extent that such assistance is necessary to ensure the prospective Initial Buyers who otherwise qualify to purchase an Affordable Housing Unit can do so at an Affordable Housing Cost, in the amount of the Minimum Authority Assistance subject to the following conditions precedent:

Related to Authority Assistance

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:
