LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES. It is a condition of employment that an employee is and remains in possession of a current drivers’ licence, electrical licence (if applicable) and other relevant and required licences or certificates acceptable to the Company for the class of equipment operated or the nature of work to be performed. These certificates and licences are to be sighted and recorded by the Company and provided on request. If an employee has his/her licence or qualifications revoked or suspended and the licence or qualifications is integral to his employment, the employer may have no alternative but to terminate employment, if alternate duties (and remuneration) cannot be sourced (or agreed).
LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES. The Employer will reimburse the cost of certificates and licenses that are legally required to undertake work for the Employer other than car or truck licences. It is the responsibility for the employee to pay the fee initially and claim the cost back from the Employer.

The Contractor must at all times implement the order taking account of the quality requirements necessary for that order according to the quality standard of for example ISO 1901, ISO 22000, SQAS and/or GMP+. The Contractor guarantees that all necessary certificates and licences for the provision of the services arising from this agreement are in place, and that all relevant legislation and regulations are complied with, at all times. The Contractor must present the necessary certificates and licences to Xxx xxx Xxxxx at the first request. 8.2. The Contractor will indemnify and hold Xxx xxx Xxxxx harmless against all claims and demands arising as a direct or indirect consequence of the fact that the necessary quality requirements have not been complied with, the necessary certificates or licences are missing or specific legislation or regulations have not been complied with.
LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES. Employees must maintain and keep current all relevant licences and certificates to enable employees to carry out their duties. Copies are to be provided to the Company upon commencement, when obtained and when renewed. In the event that such relevant licences or certificates are revoked or expire, employees must inform the Company of any such revocation or suspension immediately. Employees must not perform any task at work which requires employees to have such a licence. In the event that a suspension or revocation of a licence or certificate results in employees being unable to carry out the requirements of their position and the Company is unable to provide alternative duties, the contract of employment will be deemed to have been terminated at their initiative.
LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES. IDT will ensure that any and all permits, licences, registrations, and approvals required by Applicable Laws and Regulations in connection with the Manufacture of the Product hereunder have been obtained and that such permits, licences, registrations, and approvals will be maintained during the Term of this Agreement. IDT will maintain the IDT Facility in a state of repair and operating efficiency consistent with industry standard practices and all Applicable Laws and Regulations.

LICENCES AND CERTIFICATES. Where an employee’s position requires an employee to hold relevant licences (including a car licence) and certificates to enable them to carry out their duties and they must be kept current at all times and copies are to be provided to the Employer. Trade certificates and/or other certificates or licences required to be held by the employee in respect to their employment shall be produced prior to the Employee’s acceptance of employment. In the event that a suspension or revocation of a licence (including a car licence) or certificate results in the employee being unable to carry out the requirements of their position and the Employer is unable to provide alternative duties, the contract of employment will be deemed to have been terminated by the employee’s actions.

  • Licenses and Certificates Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses as may be required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for Contractor to perform the duties specified herein and provide the services required pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities.

PROVIDER shall promptly notify COUNTY in writing of any citation PROVIDER receives from any licensing or certification authority, including all responses and correction plans.
