AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of the Offering Circular to actual and potential purchasers of Notes. Subject to clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of such additional written information as the Issuer shall provide to the Dealers and approve for the Dealers to use for such purpose to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to Clause 8 below, each Issuer and the Guarantor hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of each Issuer and the Guarantor to provide copies of the Offering Circular and such additional written information as the relevant Issuer or the Guarantor shall, in writing, provide to and authorise the Dealers so to use to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. Subject to clause 8, the Issuer, PT and PTC hereby authorise each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer, PT and PTC to provide, in compliance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, full copies of the Offering Circular and full copies of such additional written information as the Issuer and/or, PT and/or PTC shall provide to the Dealers and specifically approve in writing for distribution or approve for the Dealers to use or such other information as is in the public domain to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. 7.1 The Issuer hereby authorises each of the Dealers on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of and make oral statements consistent with the Prospectus and such additional written information as the Issuer shall provide to the Dealers or approve for the Dealers to use or such other information as is in the public domain as a consequence of a publication by or on behalf or with the express authority of the Issuer to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
AUTHORITY TO DISTRIBUTE DOCUMENTS. For each Tranche, subject to Clause 8 below, the Issuer hereby authorises the Dealer on behalf of the Issuer to provide copies of, and to make statements consistent with the contents of, the Registration Document, any Securities Note and any Applicable Supplement and (if so authorised by the Issuer) a preliminary draft thereof and any other statements or information issued by the Issuer in accordance with Clause 5.4 of this Agreement to actual and potential purchasers of Notes.
