Authority to Execute the Agreement. The parties hereto represent and warrant that the Person executing this Agreement on behalf of each party has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement. CMR acknowledges that this Agreement is effective for the period of time specified in this Agreement. Any services performed by CMR before this Agreement is effective or after it ceases to be effective are performed at the sole risk of CMR.
