Authorized Agreement - Copies. Upon completion of negotiations, an authorized agreement shall be signed by the Board of Education President and the President of DESC. A copy of this agreement will be distributed to all employees, including employees upon initial hire. The cost of providing these copies shall be borne equally by the District and DESC.
