Authorized Purposes. The rights granted to Subscriber under this Agreement are solely for Authorized Purposes. Authorized Purposes are limited to search, retrieval, display, downloading and processing of Limited Access DMF by Subscriber and Subscriber’s employees, contractors and subcontractors who meet the requirements to be a Certified Person as set forth in 15 CFR 1110.102, through Subscriber’s computer system on Subscriber’s premises.
