Automatic Termination of Permit. Any Permit issued pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate when Licensee ceases to have authority to construct and operate its Communications Facilities on public or private property at the location of the particular Pole(s) covered by the Permit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent Licensee is pursuing a challenge of the revocation of any such permission, Licensee may remain on the particular Pole(s) until such time as all appeals and remedies are exhausted.

We may establish a policy requiring distribution of the entire balance of your IRA to you in cash or property if the balance of your IRA drops below the minimum balance required under the applicable investment or policy established.
