Transition to Next Contractor. If the transition of services to another Contractor occurs through expiration of term, default and termination, or otherwise, KCAT will cooperate with TOWN and subsequent Contractor(s) to assist in an orderly transition.
Transition to Next Contractor. The Contractor shall work with the City and any successive contractor in good faith to ensure minimal Customer disruption during the transition period to the City’s next contractor, if this Contract is not extended, renewed, or renegotiated. In the event that the City does not elect to retain the Contractor’s Containers, the Contractor shall remove any Containers for all services or any portion of services provided under this Contract upon sixty (60) Days written notice from the City. Container removal and replacement shall be coordinated between the Contractor and a successive contractor to occur simultaneously in order to minimize Customer inconvenience. Upon written request of the City at any time during the term of this Contract, the Contractor shall provide either the City or a successive contractor a detailed customer list, including customer name, contact information, service address, billing address, and collection and Container rental service levels to the City in Microsoft Excel format (or other City-approved format) within seven (7) Days of the City’s request. Failure to fully comply with this section shall result in the forfeiture of the Contractor’s performance bond, at the City’s discretion.
Transition to Next Contractor. If the transition of services to another contractor occurs through expiration of Term, default and termination, or otherwise, Contractor will cooperate with CCCSWA and subsequent contractor(s) to assist in an orderly transition that will include Contractor providing route lists and detailed account and Billing information. Contractor may, but is not obligated, to sell its Collection vehicles, equipment, or Containers to the next contractor.
Transition to Next Contractor. The Contractor shall work with the City and subsequent solid waste contractors in good faith to ensure a minimum of customer disruption during the transition period. Residential Receptacle removal and replacement shall be coordinated between the Contractor and subsequent contractors to occur simultaneously to minimize customer inconvenience.
Transition to Next Contractor. In the event CONTRACTOR is not 36 awarded an agreement to continue to provide SFD Recycling Services following the 1 expiration or early termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall cooperate fully with 2 CITY and any subsequent contractor(s) to assure a smooth transition of services 3 described in this Agreement. Such cooperation shall include but not be limited to transfer 4 of computer data, files and tapes; providing routing information, route maps, vehicle fleet 5 information, and list of Service Recipients; not less than one hundred twenty (120) 6 calendar days prior to the termination of this Agreement, providing a list of workers who will 7 be displaced by the transfer of services to a successor contractor; providing a complete 8 inventory of all Recycling Carts; providing adequate labor and equipment to complete 9 performance of all SFD Recycling Services required under this Agreement; taking all 10 actions necessary to transfer ownership of Recycling Carts, as appropriate, to CITY 11 including transporting such containers to a location designated by the City Representative; 12 coordinating collection of materials set out in new containers if new containers are 13 provided for in a subsequent Agreement, and providing other reports and data required by 14 this Agreement.
Transition to Next Contractor. The Contractor shall be expected to work with the City and the successive contractor in good faith to ensure a minimum of Customer disruption during the transition period. The Contractor shall provide a detailed Customer list, including Customer name, service address, mailing address, and collection and container rental service levels to the successive contractor within seven (7) days request of the City. The parties recognize that a failure to comply with this provision will damage the City, but that determination of such damage will be difficult and burdensome; therefore, the parties agree that in the event of a breach of this provision, as a reasonable estimate of the City's true damages but not as a penalty, the Contractor shall pay the City $100,000.00.
Transition to Next Contractor. Requirements in Event of Transition. In the event the CONTRACTOR is not awarded an Agreement to continue to provide Collection Services following the expiration or early termination of this Agreement, the CONTACTOR shall cooperate fully with the CITY and any subsequent contractors to assure a smooth transition of services described in this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed by the CITY and the CONTRACTOR, such cooperation shall consist of: (a) providing the following information to the subsequent contractor: routing information, route maps, vehicle fleet information (if the subsequent contractor buys the CONTRACTOR’s vehicle fleet), a list of Service Recipientscontact information and their respective Service Levels, a complete inventory of all Carts and Bins (if the subsequent Contractor buys the CONTRACTOR’s Carts and Bins), and any other information deemed necessary by the CITY; and (b) providing adequate labor and equipment to complete performance of all Collection Services required under this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR shall not be eligible for the recovery of any costs associated with these transition activities. However, if the CONTRACTOR is requested to provide additional transition services outside the scope of this Collection Service Agreement the CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for such services at an amount to be agreed upon between the CITY and the CONTRACTOR prior to the provision of those services.
Transition to Next Contractor. If the transition of services to another Contractor occurs through expiration of term, default and termination, or otherwise, Contractor will cooperate with City and subsequent Contractor(s) to assist in an orderly transition which will include Contractor providing route lists and billing information. Depending on Contractor’s circumstances at the point of transition, Contractor at its option may enter into negotiations with the next Contractor to sell (in part or all) Collection vehicles and/or containers.

Transition to Next Contractor. 3390 46.01 In the event Contractor is not awarded an extension or new contract to continue to provide 3391 Collection Services following the expiration or early termination of this Agreement, Contractor will cooperate 3392 fully with City and any subsequent contractors to assure a smooth transition of services described in this 3393 Agreement. Such cooperation will include but not be limited to transfer of computer data, files and tapes; 3394 providing routing information, route maps, vehicle fleet information, and list of Service Recipients; providing 3395 a complete inventory of all Collection Containers; providing adequate labor and equipment to complete 3396 performance of all Collection Services required under this Agreement; taking reasonable actions necessary 3397 to coordinate the transfer and/or disposal of carts and bins, as appropriate; coordinating Collection of 3398 Materials set out in new containers if new containers are provided for a subsequent Agreements and 3399 providing other reports and data required by this Agreement.
