Any loss of Service Availability less than five (5) minutes in duration will not be included in the calculation of Service Availability.
Availability Calculations. The parties confirm that for all purposes under all provisions of the Loan Agreement all calculations of borrowing availability in respect of both the Revolving Loan Limit and the Maximum Loan Limit shall take into account (i.e., be reduced by the amount of) all reserves which then exist.
