Available Products and Services. All products, services and accessories listed within the Purchasing Program Webpage (identified atop this Agreement) may be purchased under this Participating Addendum subject to the requirements for ordering established under this Agreement. Contractor shall be responsible to the Purchasing Entity for successful performance and compliance with all requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that each and all of the promises it makes as “Contractor” in the Parent Agreement and in this Participating Addendum will apply to all products and services provided hereunder, regardless of who is providing or licensing the product or performing the work.
