AVTECTA Review. With written permission of the bargaining unit member involved, AVTECTA representatives shall have the right to examine the bargaining unit member’s personnel file upon notification to the administration. The administration shall make available original or copies of the original records for examination by AVTECTA representatives at the place where the records are kept. The Association shall be responsible for the protection and security of provided information.
