AWARD DISBURSEMENTS. Reimbursement basis only. EDA will make disbursements using the Department of the Treasury’s Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) system. The Recipient is required to furnish documentation required by ASAP. Complete information concerning the ASAP system may be obtained by visiting xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/asap/. To receive disbursements, the Recipient must submit a “Request for Reimbursement” (Form SF-270 or any successor form) for the applicable period electronically to the Project Officer, who will review and process the request. Prior to the initial disbursement, the Recipient must complete an “ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form” (Form SF-3881 or any successor form) and submit it to NOAA’s Accounting Office by fax at (000) 000-0000. (Fax is required to secure confidentiality of sensitive information.) The from must be completed by the respective parties (EDA, Recipient Bank, and Recipient) at the start of each new award.

AWARD DISBURSEMENTS. Reimbursement Basis Only. EDA will make Award payments using the Department of Treasury’s Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) system. The Recipient is required to furnish documentation as required by ASAP including but not limited to Recipient and Requestor Identification Numbers. Complete information concerning the ASAP system may be obtained by visiting xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx. In order to receive payments, Recipients must draw down funds (ASAP) in accordance with the schedule and amounts outlined below: Request for reimbursements can be made no more than once per quarter. Special conditions on disbursements are noted in the Special Conditions. Disbursement Requests (using Form SF-270) and supporting documentation should be forwarded electronically to the Project Officer for review and approval. The Project Officer and/or EDA Accounting will notify the organization when funds are available in ASAP to draw down.

  • Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs are those incurred prior to the effective date of the award directly pursuant to the negotiation and in anticipation of the award where such costs are necessary to comply with the proposed delivery schedule or period of performance. Such costs are allowable only to the extent that they would have been allowable if incurred after the date of the award and only with the prior written approval of the Department.

  • Reimbursement Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Recipient may elect to receive Fund proceeds for land acquisition directly from the OPWC after Closing. After Closing, which Closing shall not occur until the Recipient's submission of the Request to Proceed and the Recipient's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Recipient may submit a Disbursement Request to the OPWC for reimbursement of acquisition and other eligible costs. The Recipient shall attach to the Disbursement Request a copy of: (i) the executed and recorded deed, or such other instrument conveying the interest approved by the Director, with respect to the Land acquired by the Recipient, (ii) a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions, (iii) a copy of the executed settlement statement, (iv) certification, or other documentation acceptable to the Director from the Title Agent that the Recipient has marketable title in and to the Land, and (v) such other documentation required by the OPWC. After receipt of such documentation, and subject to Recipient's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the OPWC shall disburse Funds payable under this Agreement.

  • Conditions to Financial Assistance and its Disbursement The Grantor's obligations hereunder, including its obligation to make financial assistance available to the Recipient pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, are contingent upon compliance by the Recipient with the following conditions:

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to Xxxxxxxx and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, X. Xxxxx shall reimburse Xxxxxxxx’x counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to X.   • Disbursement 7.1.1 Subject to the availability of sufficient moneys in and from the Funding Source based on Agency’s reasonable projections of moneys accruing to the Funding Source, Agency will disburse Grant Funds to Grantee for the allowable Project activities described in Exhibit A that are undertaken during the Performance Period.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met.   • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract.
