AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Provider represents and warrants to City that it has not employed or retained any person or company employed by City to solicit or secure this Agreement and that it has not offered to pay, paid, or agreed to pay any person any fee, percentage, brokerage fee, or gift of any kind contingent upon or in connection with the award of this Agreement.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this AGREEMENT, the FRANCHISEE is herein granted a non-exclusive franchise to provide Temporary Construction and Demolition Debris Collection Service within the Service Area. No other Solid Waste or recycling service shall be provided by the FRANCHISEE.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. An award shall be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined, in writing, to be the most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration price and the evaluation factors set forth in this solicitation.

All qualified bids will be evaluated and acceptance of the bid(s) shall be made and judged by the Owner/Agent to constitute the best value offered for the purpose intended.

AWARD OF AGREEMENT. The Town is entering into this Agreement with the Company with the understanding that the Company is an experienced, professional firm capable of managing the day-to-day parking enforcement needs of Carolina Beach, North Carolina. In providing the Services to the Town, the Company is expected and required to instill and maintain a very strong focus on customer service in all its employees, demonstrate its expertise in parking enforcement matters and provide a stable, well-trained workforce to provide the Parking Management Services specified by the Town.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. As soon as practicable after opening the bids, the Agreement will be awarded by the Director of Purchasing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or the bids may be rejected subject to the discretion of the Director of Purchasing. The bid as submitted shall serve as the final Agreement acceptance document.

PAMM warrants that it has not employed or retained any person employed by the CRA to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that it has not offered to pay, paid, or agreed to pay any person employed by the CRA any fee, commission percentage, brokerage fee, or gift of any kind contingent upon or resulting from the Award.
