AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Provider represents and warrants to City that it has not employed or retained any person or company employed by City to solicit or secure this Agreement and that it has not offered to pay, paid, or agreed to pay any person any fee, percentage, brokerage fee, or gift of any kind contingent upon or in connection with the award of this Agreement.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise provided in this AGREEMENT, the FRANCHISEE is herein granted a non-exclusive franchise to provide Temporary Construction and Demolition Debris Collection Service within the Service Area. No other Solid Waste or recycling service shall be provided by the FRANCHISEE.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. An award shall be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined, in writing, to be the most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration price and the evaluation factors set forth in this solicitation.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. DVHA represents and certifies Contractor has been awarded this contract in accordance with applicable State law and policy.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. 8.1 The Owner/Agent reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any formality in bids. All qualified bids will be evaluated and acceptance of the bid(s) shall be made and judged by the Owner/Agent to constitute the best value offered for the purpose intended.

Provider represents and warrants to COSADC that it has not employed or retained any person or company employed by COSADC to solicit or secure this Agreement and that it has not offered to pay, paid, or agreed to pay any person any fee, percentage, brokerage fee, or gift of any kind contingent upon or in connection with the award of this Agreement.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. GSG warrants that they have neither employed nor retained any company or person to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that they have not paid or agreed to pay any company or person any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, or gifts or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Agreement. GSG also warrants that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, no office holder or employee of the City is interested directly or indirectly in the profits or emoluments of this Agreement.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. The Contractor’s Proposal or quotation is deemed a firm offer; issuance of this document as a purchase order evidences the District’s acceptance of that offer. If an award is made on a proposal, the contract will be awarded according to the authority granted by the Board of Education of the District (“Board”) pursuant to California law.
AWARD OF AGREEMENT. Based on the Fourth Transitory Article of the Ports Law, Fourth Condition of the CONCESSION TITLE of API; Third Article of the Ruling whereby the Third Article of the Ruling whereby the Port Premises of Laguna de Pajaritos, Veracruz are delimited and determined, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on August the 21st of 2008; the sixth Condition of the Second Addendum to the Concession Title for the Integral Port Administration of the Port of Coatzacoalcos to API published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November the 5th of 2008, and the Condition TWENTY-ONE of the CONCESSION TITLE “API”, TWENTY-THIRD, subsection I, this agreement is awarded to “INNOPHOS” for the establishment, use and exploitation of the ASSIGNED AREA and the ASSETS that make it up, due to the substitution of the Concession indicated in recital 1 in favor of the current Concessionaire, under this partial assignment of rights and obligations agreement, according to the provisions of the TWENTIETH condition of said certificate.
