AWARD PRESENTATION. I/We would like to stipulate that the following person will present the scholarship to the recipient: _________________________________________________________________________________ (name of individual) _______ I/We would like a representative from the scholarship program to present the scholarship at the awards ceremony on my/our behalf.
AWARD PRESENTATION. 28.1 Awards will be presented at an event in February or March towards the end of the Project Year. Successful organisations will be invited to purchase tickets to attend this event to receive their award and find out where their organisation ranks on the Lists. Organisations will receive recognition as a Best Company for a 12 month period only.

  • Representation of Employees An employee shall be entitled to Union representation at an investigative interview or meeting if requested by the employee when that employee reasonably believes that the interview or meeting may result in disciplinary action against him/her. The Union representative's role at an investigative interview or meeting is to consult with the employee. The Employer is free to insist upon hearing the employee's own account of the matter(s) under investigation.   • Representation Rights At all grievance meetings under this Article, the grievant shall be entitled to be accompanied and/or represented by a Union representative. A grievant may also represent himself or herself, or be represented by any other person, so long as that person is not a representative of another employee organization. The administrator shall have the right to be accompanied by another administrator or District representative. The grievant must be present at each step of the grievance procedures, unless excused by the District. By mutual agreement other persons such as witnesses to the facts upon which the grievance is based may also attend grievance meetings.
