Furthermore, each bidder must notify the Purchasing Division and the Stormwater Division if bidder has been terminated from any contract or job in the last three (3) years and/or if bidder has been during the last three (3) years debarred from bidding on or performing any federal, state or local procurement or job. If so, bidder must supply details of such matters by separate, written statements included with bidder’s response. Any bidder who is currently debarred will not be eligible to bid on this project.
