Scholarship Program. As of the Effective Time, New Ceridian shall have in place a scholarship program that is substantially the same as the scholarship program funded by the Corporation. New Ceridian shall assume the responsibility to provide the scholarships previously awarded under the Corporation's program to individuals who are related to New Ceridian Employees and Former New Ceridian Employees. The Corporation shall retain the responsibility to provide scholarships awarded under the Corporation's program to individuals who are related to Arbitron Employees and Former Arbitron Employees.
Scholarship Program. Developer shall contribute (or cause the contribution of) Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000) in all cash (the “Scholarship Fund Contribution”) to the “Lennar Bayview Scholarship Fund” to be held as part of the Community Benefits Fund (as defined below) and to be used to assist youth and adults up to age thirty (30) living in BVHP with the cost of tuition and/or educational materials for any course in support of any educational program that grants a diploma, degree or certificate of completion that is offered by a college, university, community college, technical or trade school recognized by any of the six regional higher education accreditors, including the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. In addition, the Lennar Bayview Scholarship Fund will be used to fund “The Will Bass Memorial Educational Travel Scholarship” which will annually award Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for educational travel to Africa or Asia to one African American student (18 to 25 years old) from BVHP. The obligation to contribute the Scholarship Fund Contribution shall accrue and be made as follows: (i) Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) on the date that is ninety (90) days after the first Major Phase Approval and (ii) Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) on the date that is sixty (60) days after the date that Developer obtains each thousandth (e.g. the 1,000th, 2,000th, 3,000th, etc.) Unit Credit, as described in the Below-Market Housing Plan.
Scholarship Program. A leave of absence will be granted upon request of up to one (1) year (unless otherwise provided by law) without pay to a tenured teacher to participate in a Foreign Exchange Teaching Program under the Fulbright Act or any similar program.
Scholarship Program. The Main Roads Scholarship Program is designed to build and expand the capability of Employees in key areas of our business by providing sponsored opportunities for further education and learning. Generally this will involve Main Roads contributing to the financial costs associated with study as well as access to study leave. The Main Roads Scholarship Program Policy provides an overview of the program, including the process for the identification of scholarship areas, as well as the application process and guidelines for participation in the scholarship program.
Scholarship Program. The application and requirements for scholarship assistance are available online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. All swim fees and costs are due according to the chosen payment schedule, and no adjustment for scholarship assistance will be made until the scholarship application and necessary documents have been received and approved. Scholarship assistance is not retroactive. Any adjustment in swim fees and costs will be made in the month following the receipt and approval of scholarship assistance.
Scholarship Program. (1) The Secretary is authorized to grant for- estry scholarships to Indians and Alaska Natives enrolled in accredited programs for post-sec- ondary and graduate forestry and forestry-re- lated programs of study as full-time students.
(2) A recipient of a scholarship under para- graph (1) shall be required to enter into an obli- gated service agreement with the Secretary in which the recipient agrees to accept employ- ment for one year for each year the recipient re- ceived a scholarship, following completion of the recipient’s forestry or forestry-related course of study, with
(A) the Bureau of Indian Affairs;
(B) a forestry program conducted under a contract, grant, or cooperative agreement en- tered into under the Indian Self-Determina- tion Act [25 U.S.C. 5321 et seq.];
(C) an Indian enterprise engaged in a for- estry or forestry-related business; or
(D) an Indian tribe’s forestry-related pro- gram.
(3) The Secretary shall not deny scholarship assistance under this subsection solely on the basis of an applicant’s scholastic achievement if the applicant has been admitted to and remains in good standing in an accredited postsecondary or graduate institution.
Scholarship Program. (1) The Secretary may grant scholarships to Indians enrolled in accredited agriculture relat- ed programs for postsecondary and graduate programs of study as full-time students.
(2) A recipient of a scholarship under para- graph (1) shall be required to enter into an obli- gated service agreement with the Secretary in which the recipient agrees to accept employ- ment for one year for each year the recipient re- ceived a scholarship, following completion of the recipients course of study, with—
(A) the Bureau or other agency of the Fed- eral Government providing agriculture or nat- ural resource related services to Indians or In- dian tribes;
(B) an agriculture or related program con- ducted under a contract, grant, or cooperative agreement entered into under the Indian Self- Determination and Education Assistance Act [25 U.S.C. 450 et seq.]; or
(C) a tribal agriculture or related program.
(3) The Secretary shall not deny scholarship assistance under this subsection solely on the basis of an applicant’s scholastic achievement if the applicant has been admitted to and remains in good standing in an accredited post second- ary 1 or graduate institution.

Scholarship Program. Academic performance should be the new/prospective member’s number one priority while going through the new member education period. Programs should be set up and enforced that emphasize the importance of academics, and new/prospective member activities should never interfere with studying for serious projects or exams.
