Away From Home Area Compensation. (a) When an employee is authorized by the Company to work away from home base area he will receive a payment at his/her applicable wage rate for the normal required traveling time to go to and return from the established service centre. (b) The Company will arrange and pay for accommodation if the employee is required by the Company to stay overnight. Normally not more than two (2) employees will share a room. Room sharing will be determined by the existing crew and under such circumstances the Company will either arrange and pay for three (3) meals or supply such meals or allow such employees to arrange for their own meals providing receipts are submitted for each twenty-four
