B Compassionate Visit Sample Clauses

B Compassionate Visit. We will reimburse the amount incurred on tickets on a Common Carrier for an Immediate Relative of the Insured Person to travel to the place of Hospitalization of the Insured Person during the Coverage Period upto the limit specified in the Certificate of Insurance. This Cover Benefit will be payable provided that: a. We have accepted a claim under the In-Built Benefits 1.1 or 1.2, or under Cover Benefits 1.A, 1.I, 1.J or 1.K and under Cover Benefit 1.B, in respect of the Insured Person for the same period of Hospitalization; b. The Insured Person is Hospitalized at a distance of at least 100 kilometres from his place of residence; c. We will reimburse only those expenses that are Reasonable and Customary Charges;
