The program is under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Board of Mental Health. Administratively, it is in the Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities division of the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. Ellisville State School offers services to people in a residential setting and provides an array of programs and services in the community through the Community Services System. The Ellisville State School at South Mississippi Regional Center (hereinafter “Agency”) has issued this solicitation for the purpose of soliciting sealed bids from qualified providers to provide Speech Pathology Services. The Agency wants assistance to provide speech/language evaluations, write appropriate programs as indicated for the evaluations, diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders.   • Authority and Authorization Each of the Consultants has full power and authority to enter into this Plan and carry out the obligations hereunder. Execution of this Plan and performance by the Consultants hereunder constitutes a valid and binding obligation of the Consultants and performance hereunder will not violate any other agreement to which any of the Consultants is a party.

  • Organization and Authority The Subscriber is a Delaware limited liability company, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of Delaware and possesses all requisite power and authority necessary to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
