Sealed Bids definition

Sealed Bids means a bid sealed in an envelope and opened at an appointed time and place.
Sealed Bids means bids submitted in a sealed envelope to a specified location, by a specified date.
Sealed Bids means written proposals from persons or entities offering to contract with or to sell to the city which are received in sealed envelopes to be opened after the deadline for receipt of bids as defined in an invitation to bid.

  • Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.

  • Lowest Evaluated Bid means a bid for goods, works and services having the lowest evaluated cost among the substantially responsive bids

  • Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Preferred Bidder means a bidder that is entitled to receive a reciprocal preference under the requirements of this chapter.
