Common use of Background/Security Clause in Contracts

Background/Security. Courier service personnel required in performance of this work shall be warranted to possess sufficient experience to perform this work. Contractor shall ensure that all courier service employee(s) who may be assigned to this work undergo a background investigation conducted by Probation prior to assignment to provide courier services.
