Common use of Baggage and Cargo Clause in Contracts

Baggage and Cargo. For checked baggage and cargo, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to the sum of twenty-four dollars and seventy-five cents per kilo (USD24.75), unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to the sum of thirty-three dollars and twenty cents (USD 33.20) per Passenger.
