Balancing Services. If specified as applying in Section B of Part I (Individual Terms), this Agreement additionally governs the provision of Balancing Services by the Buyer to the Seller. 1. Rodzaj Rozliczenia: Niniejsza umowa sprzedaży energii elektrycznej („Umowa”) reguluje: (a) jeśli w Rozdziale A Części I (Warunki Indywidualne) wskazano Rozliczenie Fizyczne jako mające zastosowanie – zakup, sprzedaż, dostawę i odbiór Ilości Umownej energii elektrycznej od Sprzedającego na rzecz Kupującego, lub (b) jeśli w Rozdziale A Części I (Warunki Indywidualne) wskazano Rozliczenie Finansowe jako mające zastosowanie – wówczas niniejsza Umowa określa zobowiązanie każdej Stron do wypłaty na rzecz drugiej Strony ewentualnej Różnicy Cenowej, oraz zarówno w przypadku Rozliczenia Fizycznego jak i Rozliczenia Finansowego – zakup, sprzedaż, Dostawę i odbiór Ilości Umownej Certyfikatów od Sprzedającego na rzecz Kupującego.
Balancing Services. “Balancing” shall mean the agency service provided by BP for balancing as an individual counterparty as set forth below, with respect to managing the Counterparty’s Gas requirements and resulting financial outcome related to Gas nominations and actual deliveries. The financial outcome is the economic measure of excess or deficient Gas positions and the financial gains or losses generated from such Gas positions.
Balancing Services. Seller shall operate the SCADA system serving the integrated systems and shall provide balancing services to Buyer with respect to Buyer’s system pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement or, following the expiration thereof, Seller’s then-applicable tariffs.
Balancing Services. Provider shall continuously monitor the gas volumes actually received and redelivered each month and shall notify Customer of any discrepancy between actual deliveries and Schedule Volumes. Provider shall actively work with Customer to manage and minimize imbalances. Any imbalance resulting from the failure of Provider to provide the Services hereunder shall be resolved by Provider at Provider's expense. Any imbalance resulting from the failure of Customer to properly schedule take away capacity Schedule I at a Delivery Point shall be resolved by Customer at Customer's expense.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management
