SCADA System Sample Clauses
SCADA System. Purchaser shall purchase the SCADA System from Supplier (exclusive of any fiber optic lines or other communication lines) for an amount equal to ***** Dollars ($*****). The price of the SCADA System is included in the Purchase Price.
SCADA System. The Contractor shall provide and install a complete Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (‘SCADA”) system for monitoring and remotely controlling the Project.
SCADA System. The Contractor shall provide and install a complete Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system for monitoring aspects of the Project that is fully compatible with third-party O&M services. The SCADA system shall include: HMI workstation, the Historian server, backup/secondary HMI workstation, alarm/control PLC, telecommunication equipment. The SCADA network switch will be used to communicate with inverters, PLCs, relays and meterological stations. The SCADA server will provide a database repository for all network connected devices. The SCADA server will also provide the HMI interface for monitoring and controlling plant operations. All field devices will communicate through Modbus TCP/IP. Primary software utilized to develop HMI/SCADA configuration will be WonderWare Intouch. [***] will be used as the main point of contact for monitoring the relays and meters in the switchgear. Controls for the breakers will be done through the main PLC.
SCADA System. Supplier shall supply and commission the SCADA System for the Project in accordance with the procedures contained in the SCADA Completion Checklist and, upon completion thereof, shall provide to Buyer a SCADA Completion Certificate. Such SCADA Completion Certificate shall be approved or disputed by Buyer in accordance with the provisions of Section .
SCADA System. (i) The Operator shall operate and maintain the SCADA system associated with the Pelletizer Facility and shall be responsible for training its staff in its proper use. The Operator shall be responsible for maintenance of the SCADA system, backing up all data, and modifications to the SCADA system as may be required.
(ii) The Operator shall at all times during the Term ensure that the SCADA System in use is fully compatible with the computer systems used by the City at the ABTP.
(iii) The Operator shall, at all times during the Term, except where otherwise authorized by the City, provide to the City secure SCADA nodes. The Operator shall ensure that the City has unrestricted “real-time”, on-line access to the SCADA system on a “view only” basis at a location or locations specified by the City.
(iv) The Operator shall, within sixty (60) days after the Execution Date, provide the City with a Routine Maintenance schedule for the SCADA system, and which is acceptable to the City, acting reasonably.
(v) The Operator may, at its cost, from time to time upgrade the SCADA system software as necessary. The Operator shall submit all technical documentation related to any upgrade to the City.
(vi) The Operator shall provide to the City HMI programming required to accommodate any new or additional Pelletizer Facility or Capital Improvements during the Term of this Agreement.
(vii) The Operator shall, at its cost, on a weekly basis create back-up copies of historical SCADA trends and report files. On a monthly basis the Operator shall create back-up copies of all other electronic information contained in the SCADA system, including RPU programs, computer programs and manually collected. This information shall be stored by the Operator and made available to the City upon request. All back-up copies of all electronic information referred to herein shall contain any changes completed prior to the time the back-up copies are made.
(viii) The Operator shall, at its cost, and following receipt of consent from the City, which consent is not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, upgrade, the computer hardware related to the two personal computers used for the SCADA system every three (3) years during the Term, commencing in the fourth year of the Term.
SCADA System. “SCADA System” means supervisory control and data acquisition system.
SCADA System. The Client’s requirements include provision of a comprehensive Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system with the following functions: • Real-time monitoring • Remote monitoring • Data capturing • Fault/incident logging • Data analysis The above implies that the current SCADA system should be upgraded to replace the existing hardware with modern type. The new electronic devices to be installed on the switchgear and control panels for different purposes shall also be linked to the new control and monitoring system. The hardware that will be in different locations shall be interlinked by fibre optic cabling. The fibre optic cables installation will require trenching on parts of the routes and new racks in other parts. Coaxial and network cables will be considered for the connection of equipment installed in the same space. These cables shall be supported on suitable racks, trunking and conduits.
SCADA System. Contractor shall supply and install a monitoring system consisting of a local SCADA computer operating industrial software aggregating plant data from the inverters, transformers, trackers, meteorological stations, pyranometers and Project Substation equipment. The monitoring system shall provide operational data for listed equipment and provide alarming and fault reporting as available. [***]. The central monitoring system shall be powered by an uninterruptable power source. Data shall be available to an off-site enterprise SCADA system via secure DNP3 protocol over DSL, cellular, or similar network service.
SCADA System. The City’s Contract Documents and Consultant's Entire Proposal are on file with the City of Sparks and may be located within “Attachment A.” All terms, conditions and requirements contained in these Documents, including any and all addenda issued by the City, are hereby incorporated into this Contract. The work scope will include, but not be limited to the tasks outlined in Attachment A. The Consultant shall perform within the time stipulated, the Contract as herein defined and shall provide and furnish any and all of the labor, materials, methods or processes, equipment implements, tools, machinery and equipment, and all utility, transportation and other services required to complete all of the work covered by the Contract in connection with strict accordance with the plans, specifications or proposals, which were approved by said City and are on file with the City, including any and all addenda issued by the City, and with the other contract documents hereinafter enumerated. Consultant will have the right to control or direct the manner and the order in which it provides the services contemplated under this Agreement. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant is engaged in an independent calling and has complied and will continue to comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding business permits and licenses that may be required to carry out the independent calling and to perform the services to be performed under this Agreement. Consultant understands that the services it has been retained to perform may be dangerous or may entail a peculiar unreasonable risk of harm to others unless special precautions are taken and Consultant agrees to exercise reasonable care to take such precautions.
SCADA System. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system associated with the CPL-Retained Properties, or any software or other systems used for monitoring and control of such properties from remote locations;
