BALCONIES AND WINDOWS. Clothing, rugs, mops and other articles shall not be hung from the rail of balconies or windows. Articles shall not be shaken or cleaned on the balcony or in the hallways. Balconies shall be cleaned with care to avoid sweepings and dust from going into any other balcony or patio. Nothing shall be affixed to the inside or outside of sliding glass doors or windows without prior approval of Management. No blinds of any kind will be hung from the ceiling of balcony or on balcony rails. No cooking of any type is allowed on balconies.

BALCONIES AND WINDOWS. Tenant shall not shake or hang rugs, towels and clothing from windows. Tenant shall not put plants or other items on balcony or patio walls. If Tenant’s balcony or patio is visible from outside Tenant’s Premises, Tenant shall not keep anything on it other than patio furniture.
BALCONIES AND WINDOWS. You have to keep the balcony neat and, in the winter, you should sweep away the snow from the balcony. You are not allowed to wash the balcony with running water. You may not dust carpets or throw rubbish from the balcony or through the window. Grilling on the balcony is forbidden. Clotheslines are to be placed so that they are not visible from the courtyard or the street. You are not allowed to have anything hanging on the outside of the balcony railing or outside the windows.
