Banquet Servers and Banquet Bartenders. Banquet servers and banquet bartenders shall accrue seniority from first function worked after completion of the probationary period in the classification within either the regular or extra list where such lists apply. Employees moving from the regular list to the extra list shall be placed on the extra list in accordance with their overall banquet server seniority, i.e., dovetailed. Employees moving from the extra to the regular list shall be placed at the bottom of such list.
