Bar of Civil Courts. No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of any matter which the Revenue Court or the Tribunal is empowered by this Act to determine and no injunction shall be granted by any Court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.

  • MAGISTRATE’S COURT JURISDICTION The Parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court in terms of Section 45 read with Section 28 of the Magistrates’ Court Act of 1944 as amended.
