Common use of Bargaining Meetings Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Meetings. Upon receipt of a written request for a meeting, either party will have five (5) days to reply to the request. Within ten (l0) days after receipt of the reply, both parties involved will establish a mutually agreeable site, date and time for the meeting. The meeting shall not be scheduled, however, earlier than three (3) months prior to the termination date of any existing agreement.
