Bargaining Relations Technical Information. For the purpose purposes of collective bargaining and/or and upon ten twenty (1020) days’ days request by the Union, the Employer will provide the following information, applicable to members of the bargaining unit: (i) job descriptions; (ii) number of positions in the bargaining unit; (iii) insurance policiespolicies or other plans or documents concerning benefits in force for members of the bargaining unit. iv) the Employer will consider requests for any information the Union feels it needs in order to negotiate the collective agreement.
