Common use of Bargaining Unit Exclusions Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Exclusions. All employees whose classification is not listed in Section 1 above shall be excluded from the bargaining unit. In addition, the following groups of employees are excluded from the bargaining unit: A. Those classes which, on the effective date of this Agreement, are represented by other recognized bargaining agents. B. Employees within their twelve (12) months probationary period. C. Temporary, seasonal and part-time employees. D. Management employees. E. Non-supervisory patrol officers.
