Bargaining Unit Exclusions. 1. Casual Part-time employees shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and such employees shall be defined as any employee whose hours do not meet the minimum hours for full-time or regular part-time employment, or any substitute employee. 2. Other excluded positions are: The Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Supervisors, Coordinators, Directors, Assistant Directors, Principals, other administrative personnel and all non-certified personnel.
