BASIC CABLE. For exhibition on basic cable in excess of the original 90-day use period, or for use of the infomercial on basic cable as a supplemental market, the Producer shall compensate each principal performer no less than the applicable session fee or “1st day of work fee” for each subsequent 90-day period on basic cable.

BASIC CABLE. Basic Cable," as used in this Agreement, means one or more basic cable systems which do not meet the definition of Pay Television (as set forth in paragraph A.2 above) and wherein the release on Basic cable is a separate release and not part of a free television broadcast. A basic cable release is not a supplemental market release where such release constitutes a public television release pursuant to Section 5.E or Sideletter 3. It is expressly understood that "Basic Cable" does not include theatrical exhibition and does not include methods such as community television systems when used to supplement free television transmission.
BASIC CABLE. For a broadcast on basic cable in excess of the original 90-day broadcast period, or for use of the infomercial on basic cable as a supplemental market, Producer shall pay for the benefit of all performers (except extra performers) no less than the applicable session fee or “1st day of work fee” for each subsequent 90-day period on basic cable.
BASIC CABLE. All extra services such as movie packages will be charged to tenant and must be payable upon reception of lessor’s invoice.

  • Basic Life If an employee is not actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage, coverage will be effective on the first day of the employee’s return to work. The effective date of a change in coverage is not delayed in the event that, on the date the coverage change would be effective, an employee is on an unpaid leave of absence or layoff.

  • Fast Food Allowance As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an allowance of $2.75 per hour on all fast food construction, and on refurbishments with a building permit value in excess of $470,000. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. On any Project where the applicable site allowance in Appendix C is higher, then that site allowance will apply.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
