Basic Short Term Sick Leave - Full Pay. A. After six (6) months of continuous employment the Company will allow sick leave with pay to a regular employee in a total amount not to exceed 120 working hours in any one (1) calendar year during the period ending with the end of such employee’s second full calendar year of continuous employment. This 120 working hours of illness will be administered as shown below in (3) as first hour illness and basic sick leave.
