Basic Work Weeks. ‌ The basic work week for full-time employees shall be forty (40) hours, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour days. In a week in which one (1) statutory holiday occurs, the basic work week for full-time employees shall be reduced to thirty-two (32) hours, consisting of four (4) eight (8) hour days, including work on the statutory holiday, and in a week in which two (2) statutory holidays occur, the basic work week for full- time employees shall be reduced to twenty-four (24) hours, consisting of three (3) eight (8) hour days, including work on the statutory holiday.
