HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME, STATUTORY HOLIDAYS, JOB POSTINGS. 4.01 The Employer reserves the right to schedule hours of plant operation, employee hours of work, rest periods, lunch periods and overtime work, subject to the following provisions: Daily hours of work shall be consecutive with the exception of the meal period. In the event that "Daily hours of work are not consecutive", the second section of the employee's shift shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half with a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at such rate. Duration of meal period will be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes. Salespersons will not be permitted to work in the plant except in case of force majeure or for inventory, or for orientation purposes only to a maximum of four (4) weeks.   • Standard Hours of Work 4.2.1 The standard hours of work shall be defined as regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours per week or less averaged over each bi-weekly pay period.
