Basis for Transfer. Transfers of unit members initiated for reasons other than those specified will be done on a voluntary basis. When such means for staffing classes at a satellite campus are unsuccessful, assignments will be made so that unit members with the least seniority will be affected.

The board or its designee must make transfer decisions on an individual basis and may not consider as a factor in arriving at any decision regarding assignments any matter relating to the national origin of the student or the student’s ancestral language. Basis for Transfer. The data needed for the processing of personal data in question is stipulated in sec. 4. If such processing is solely taking place within the EEA, no additional basis for data export is required. For any export of personal data to countries outside the EEA (third countries) supplier shall rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decision or other transfer tool as basis for transfer of data outside the EU/EEA in a compliant manner.
