Basis of Price. (a) The prices quoted are strictly nett and in the case of materials covers delivery ex works unpacked & uninsured. All insurance and forwarding charges being to the Buyer's account.

Basis of Price. All Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (or VAT) but otherwise include all costs, taxes or duties imposed on or in relation to the Deliverables, and the cost of freight, delivery and insurance to, and unloading at, the Delivery Point, as well as performing all services described in this Agreement. The Contractor is not entitled to any other payments or reimbursements in respect of the Deliverables or the performance of this Agreement.
Basis of Price. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company any price provided by the Company has been calculated on the basis that the provision of the Goods and/or Service will be fulfilled during the Company's usual working hours; normal soil conditions prevail and the Company is not required to comply with site specific environmental restrictions (including fire ants). If there is any departure from these assumptions then the Company is entitled to reasonable compensation for the additional cost of performing the Service and/or providing the Goods. The Company may postpone delivery or performance of any Goods and/or Service without being liable for any losses or damages suffered by the Customer until an appropriate increase in the price has been agreed with the Company and the Customer.
Basis of Price. The quoted prices and sums due to Supplier shall be net prices in Euro and shall be exclusive of any value added tax or similar sales tax, any import tax or other tax payable in the country of Customer and of any costs for mechanical and/or electrical installations and any costs for starting up or any costs for authority acceptance and all costs or charges in relation to storage, all of which amounts Customer shall pay in addition to the quoted price when it is due to pay for the Products and Services supplied.
Basis of Price. The bidder shall quote the price on FIRM basis and no escalation shall be entertained during the contact period. The bidder shall quote his price in the PRICE SCHEDULE appended herewith.
