Before reassigning. a nurse for a foreseen staffing shortage, the Employer shall take the reasonable steps available to management to fill the vacant shift, based on relevant factors/circumstances including, but not limited to: • timing and circumstances of the vacant shift; • maintenance of patient care; • wellbeing of nursing staff.
