Beginning on January I, 2014 (December payroll the District will offer a $400 deductible driver plan and the buy up plan. The District will provide for each employee eligible to participate in the plans up to $789.00 per month or 68%, whichever is greater, ofthe Driver family medical plan. If an employee chooses another insurance plan offered by the District, the employee will pay the difference between the monthly premiums for their designated plan tier. Plan tiers are: single; 2 party; single + I child; single + children; family.

  • December 2020 In the presence of:

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
