Beginning Teacher Coaching Program. This component shall provide peer assistance to teachers participating in the pre-intern, intern, and Beginning Teachers Support and Assistance (BTSA) program, as well as first and second year teachers. Participation in the program shall create nor expand any rights to retention or permanency as set forth in Education Code section 44929.21 pertaining to probationary employees.
