The 'Behave with integrity' clause requires parties to act honestly, ethically, and in good faith throughout their dealings under the agreement. Behave with integrity. All Authorised Users, MROs and Experts will be expected to behave with integrity at all times. This covers their dealings with Claimants, MedCo and other Authorised Users MROs and Experts. This will include (but is not limited to): • Making full and ▇▇▇▇▇ disclosure of any Direct Financial Link that one Authorised User may have with a MRO or Direct Medical Expert (or vice versa) and keeping that disclosure updated if there are any changes; • Ensuring that referral fees are not requested, paid or received in breach of the Legal Aid Sentencing and Provision of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; • Not providing any misleading information in their dealings with MedCo; • Not engaging in any other practice that would undermine the public confidence in MedCo, the Service, Authorised Users or MROs or Experts.

Behave with integrity. Independent Prison Monitor should treat all prisoners, prison authorities and staff, and their fellow Independent Prison Monitor with decency and respect. They should not be motivated by self-interest and should be scrupulously honest. In all their dealings they should operate in accordance with the international human rights standards that they are mandated to uphold. Any concerns should be raised through the appropriate escalation channels.

  • Program Integrity The state must have processes in place to ensure that there is no duplication of federal funding for any aspect of the demonstration.

  • Cooperation with Inspector General Grantee understands its duty, pursuant to Section 20.055(5), Fla. Stat., to cooperate with Florida Housing’s Inspector General in any investigation, audit, inspection, review, or hearing. Grantee will comply with this duty and ensure that any contracts issued under this Agreement impose this requirement, in writing, on its subcontractors.

  • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities. • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Integrity In addition to any applicable statutory restrictions, the Contractor shall not, in connection with this or any other agreement with the State, directly or indirectly (i) offer, confer, or agree to confer any pecuniary benefit on anyone as consideration for any State officer or employee’s decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, other exercise of discretion, or violation of a known legal duty; or (ii) offer, give, or agree to give to anyone any gratuity for the benefit of, or at the direction or request of, any State officer or employee. For purposes of clause (ii), “gratuity” means any payment in the form of cash, travel, entertainment, gifts, meals, lodging, loans, subscriptions, advances, deposits of money, services, employment, or contracts of any kind.

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.
