Data Contributors definition

Data Contributors means the person(s) or institution(s) that provided the Dataset(s) as set out in Schedule 1;
Data Contributors means, collectively, the marketplaces and any other party that is required to provide order and trade information to TMX IP under NI 21-101.

  • Such additional instructions shall not conflict with the instructions from the Data Contributor(s).

  • The purpose of these requirements is to inform and include the Data Contributor(s) in all use of Curated Data, insofar as the Data Contributor(s) wish to be.
