Data Contributors definition

Data Contributors means the person(s) or institution(s) that provided the Dataset(s) as set out in Schedule 1;
Data Contributors means all organizations contributing data to CareConnect including but not limited to the province and the health authorities;
Data Contributors means, collectively, the marketplaces and any other party that is required to provide order and trade information to TMX IP under NI 21-101.

  • Recipient agrees to obtain written agreements with all of its researchers who utilize the Data Set which grant a present assignment, without additional consideration, of all rights, title and interests in New Intellectual Property to Recipient for subsequent licensing to Data Contributors.

  • Vivli and the Data Contributor(s) provides the Data Set “as is” and make no guarantee that any Data Set is accurate or complete.

Data Contributors. “Data Controller” all individuals and organisations authorised by MedCo from time to time to access and/or use the MedCo Database to contribute Database Data; shall have the meaning set out in the Data Protection Legislation;
