Common use of BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES. SUBCONTRACTORS Contractor will be responsible for the behavior of all its employees and subcontractors while on the premises of any Customer location. Any employee or subcontractor acting in a manner determined by the administration of that location to be detrimental, abusive or offensive to any of the staff and/or student body, will be asked to leave the premises and may be suspended from further work on the premises. All Contractor employees and subcontractors who will be working at such locations to install or repair equipment shall be covered by Contractor’s comprehensive general liability insurance policy.
